All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

4. Revisions & Scope

  • Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope
  • Additional requests outside the scope may require extra charges
  • Major changes may lead to timeline and cost adjustments

5. Delivery

  • Final project files or website access will be provided after full payment
  • Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client cooperation

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables
  • ZYNX Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party tools (hosting, plugins, APIs).ZYNX Studio is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZYNX Studio is not liable for:
  • Business losses or revenue loss
  • Website downtime caused by external providers
  • Security issues beyond our control
All services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
